Unit study/ notebooking approach to history

The History Odyssey study guides by Pandia Press are really great. This was my 5th product purchase of Pandia products. We have used Ancients level 1, Medieval level 1, and two of the science studies. This is our first level 2 guide and we are really excited to get started. We use a living book approach to our studies and this guide uses so many wonderful books it fits in nicely with our style. They are a secular seller however I have woven in bible studies and history along with this program just fine and many of the books used are used in other christian programs. The main spines and required readers and resources are usually easily obtained at library, eBay, used bookstores, etc. Usborne History encyclopedias, History Pockets, and Story of the World Series are an example of books used with this program. Alpha Omega LIFEPAC 9th Grade Math, Algebra I, New Complete Set

Great option for children who need less lessons on computer.

Great product. First time we have used Lifepac for mathematics and Language Arts and so far we have been happy with the units and teacher manual. We have used Switched on Schoolhouse previously so we are familiar with the Alpha Omega products. Definitely recommend if you have a student who needs less screen time and more hands on.
