Every day experience...
Wanted something very portable but not too small,was looking for mp3 to replace broken one and discovered Playbook.Really cannot say enough about it with exception to no Skype,Sky Go.but then as I only wanted a music player bonus,bonus all round.Very happy indeed!

Software
Software updated too often causing more problems than when you started.Was a very good product but software lets it down badly

Take note!
Very good but instructions need to add.When connected to battery pack, connect power from charger to set, otherwise you do not get a power reading or supply to whatever you are powering
