  The seller was very prompt in mailing this item, and it was very carefully packaged. I would be happy to order from this seller again. However, the item itself - a Hallmark recordable photo frame - was disappointing. The recording quality is terrible and I can't use it. This is no fault of the seller. The package was sealed , and he had no way to know of the poor quality. I expected a Hallmark product to be very good. However, I graded the seller as positive. Everything he did was A-OK.
