Since it was bought to adapt my 58mm filters down to a 55mm filter thread on a recently bought Sony Bridge camera, would have been better that the 55mm thread had been just a little bit longer to fit the closing of the Bridge cameras lens. However, it falls just a little bit short of that. But on saying that, if I am very careful using it then it has saved me a lot of money having to replace my 58mm filters. I recommend this adapter ring, but please be careful how and for what you use it for.

Explains in much more detail than what the standard manual does. Pity however that it is not printed in colour

Do not buy this if you want to keep your bike
