XL lift not up to the job

I bought the XL lift because I have a Triumph Rocket. The lift looks the part but unfortunately not able to cope with a triumph rocket. The front castors on the lift bend up the way when the weight of the bike is on it, bad design flaw. The whole point of buying this was the benefit of moving the bike about on the lift but because the front castor anchor point bends up the way when the weight is on........ the bottom of the lift then grounds and cant be moved. I've tried putting washers in to increase the height but once the bike is on they just bend up further.
