Doesn't work with an IPad

Seeing that it is advertised as working with a Macbook I thought it would work with an IPad. When I had a Google Nexus I used it as a mini laptop, pairing it with a bluetooth keyboard and mouse, hence I reasoned that I could do the same with an IPad. The keyboard works fine, but no mouse will work with an IPad. Apple tell me that the software is not designed to allow it. The mouse itself is fine, there's nothing wrong with it.

Best Biking Water Bladder
