Second hand battery with limited life.

I sent you an email which told you that the battery did not have sufficient charge in it to do the whole garden. In this email I told you that I would not use your firm again as you sold me a second hand product that was of poor quality. Obviously you don't action any emails which are derogatory otherwise you would not be asking me my opinion. W Sutherland
