Works but must be modified to fit TCP
The hole in the top of the extension is just a tad too small for the floor plate to snap into, but I was able to drill it out. Then I realized that the hole was a little too far back, making the extension stick out about 1/8" in front of the grip. Again, I broke out the drill and lengthened the hole to make it closer to the front. Now I'll put a small dot of liquid rubber into the long hole to keep the extension from sliding around.
Now that it's mounted on my TCP, I find that it's still just a little too short to get all three fingers on the grip + extension. It fits my wife's hand fine, though, so no points deducted there. If you have large hands, you might try the large model.
Finally, it's way overpriced for one grip extension. It shouldn't be twice the price of the competition.
Now, would I buy it again? Well just in case I ever want to carry the TCP, I just ordered the large model knowing that I'll have to fix the hole. If the manufacturer fixes the problems, I'll likely order more.

Great for Ruger AR-556
1 of 1 found this helpful I picked up this spring kit to help the stock trigger pull of my Ruger. The price was right and I found a couple videos online demonstrating the swap procedure. It took about thirty minutes taking my time and being very careful since I'm still very new to AR rifles and this was my first foray into the "guts". The most difficult part was lining up all of the holes during reassembly, but a long punch helped with that. I also learned that the safety HAS to come out in order to get the trigger out. To do THAT, you must first use a long allen wrench to remove the bolt holding in the grips. Don't even get started if you don't have one. There's a long spring and detent in the handle that holds the safety in. Once they're out, the safety and trigger will fall right out. Don't lose the spring and detent!
After reassembly, I found that the trigger pull is still smooth, but reduced from about 7 lbs to around 4 lbs. Then I loaded a primed, empty case in the chamber and fired. It popped quite resoundingly! I was concerned that the lower power spring might have problems with my primers, but it actually left a very serious dent! I'll have to take to the range now for a good workout!
Overall, for the low price, ease of installation, and great trigger improvement, I think it's a great deal!

Absolute genius!
I no longer have to fight with my tight Garand trigger guards. This tool makes it unbelievably easy and pops it out in less than one second! It should’ve been a standard G.I. tool, and it’ll live in my range kit from now on.
