Easy to
Very simple to fit, to remove existing unit locate the small pin underneath, I used a flat bladed screwdriver to prise the pin just enough to grip it with long nose pliers then pulled it straight out. You then need to use the screwdriver at the back of the casing to free it off the 4 retaining clips. To refit, make sure you line-up the retaining clips using the grooves as a guide, then using the palm of your hand push home and it clicks into place. You only need to use your thumb to press the small pin underneath to finish off. Please note: Although I got away with using a screwdriver for the task, I would recommend using a plastic prise tool to prevent damage occurring accidentally.

Good sturdy build
This comes in a handy case which I carry about in the boot of the car in the event of a puncture. The 'RAC Garage' jack lever bar is slightly longer than most of the similar 2 tonne jacks you can find online making it effortless to use. The release valve can be controlled to assist in slow drop-down instead of coming down at speed with a thump. It is quite heavy but comes with a handle which you need to screw on after purchase. If you want to put it back in its case you'll need to remove the handle for it to fit. I didn't bother to attach the handle as I can lift it without the need to.
I'm not particularly strong, but I can lift THREE 3'x2' concrete slabs above my head and hold them there whilst drinking a pint of lager.

Too rigid
1 of 1 found this helpful This extension hose will arrive bent, it's rigid rubber construction will mean that even after weeks of storing it with weights on top of it still won't straighten itself out. Because of it's inflexibility and rigidness sliding it under a bed or tv unit can be frustrating and requires a degree of patience. I intend to heat it over the gas hob and stretch it a little to see if that makes it more flexible.
