Box rattled BAD when received. Box not damaged-decanter lacked sufficient support/materials for ship. 2 egg cartons, 1 piece of bubble wrap, half box of peanuts, 2 rubber bands🤷‍♀️. Sent pics to seller-doesn’t believe me. Defends his ‘pack ability’🙄. Would NOT buy from again-advise others the same: AVOID. Mesgd seller-not his fault. Requests me to jump thru hoops bc pics not good enough. Return policy inconvenient for me-my time is more valuable. I’m just DONE!

As I told "KAREN",all she had to do was request a refund from Ebay. I wanted to return her money, but she refused to do the minimum. She didn't have to do any thing else. I always pack as well as I can, my items are very fragile and ocasionally they get damaged. I always give refunds. IF YOU WANT A REFUND, YOU MUST APPLY FOR ONE! Willy
