Where do I begin? Seller forgot to post item so I had to remind him 8 days after the expected delivery date for it to be posted. Item received the following week in a paper envelope with no packaging and damaged. Item advertised as "very good" when its actually very poor. Sellers replies were bizzare stating he had sold a large number of these and had no issues despite very limited feedback as a seller. I've provided clear evidence and the seller disputes everything. Will contact eBay INAD case.

I admitted fault on the delayed delivery. I sold multiple items on the same day and this one got missed. There are slight markings on the case which the buyer states makes the item "very poor" condition. I disagreed but still offered a refund of £1.70. Buyer demanded I buy a new case for £2.95. I instead advised the buyer to return the item and gave him a full refund immediately. The buyer is now insisting I pay his bus fair to the post office and threatening court action if I don't comply!

"slight markings" the case is heavily dented, marked and damaged as per the pictures attached and is fit for the bin. It should NOT be listed as "very good condition". I had provided an example of what a USED case listed as "good" is, you dispute this and everything else. You provided a cheaper returns label AFTER I confirmed exactly what was needed. This breached eBays policy. You agreed to reimburse the return postage and ALL monies I had paid but didn't. Small claims court is my only option
