Brand New Epson Expression Premium XP-800 All-In-One Inkjet Printer

Being "Brand New", it doesn't work properly.

The CD/DVD printer only prints PROPERLY words, not photos or clip art. The printer by itself only will print the masthead at most on paper. The rest is either part of a word here or there or a ghost of a word. Being brand new I'm really disappointed. Since there aren't many options to print onto CD/DVDs, I'll have to figure out if it can be "repaired".
