Quality German cooking thermometer?
Nice chrome finish, and clear display.
Some nice features and the ability to stand it anywhere in the oven or hang it on a shelf.
Stand was a bit in the thin side and needed straightening after going through the post.
But was so thin you don't need tools.
I guess it needs to be thin so it can react to temperature changes more quickly.
Tested in boiling water and it did read 100C and it dryed out easily in the oven without problem after the test.
Only thing that let it down a bit was the sharp edges around the punched out stand.
The quality felt more like a Chinese item than a German one to be honest.
I'm still just happy overall though, but it was twice the price of others in the market place and didn't seam to justify the extra cost or the words high quality in the description.

Lightweight, and can be made to fit the nose well.
1 of 1 found this helpful Very lightweight, and foldable, and it can be quickly dried, as all masks will get wet from condensation, and this one forms a mist on the inside that you can dry quickly with a tissue, as it's made of soft plastic, no cloth type material that take a long time to dry.
A little fiddly to get the mask to fit the nose, but it is possible to mould it to your face to get rid of leaks that 90% of other masks suffer from, with water from a hot tap or use a hair dryer.
The strap is adjustable by rapping it around lugs, once set it's all good, but again it was a little fiddly ( could make a vicker swear)
could use a valve in the design as it lifts a little when you breath out heavily.
I have used it for cutting fiberglass and it worked well, and did not fog up my goggles like my old one due to the better fit I got.
Great for dusting too, no runny nose afterwards! ;)
Replaceable filters make it cheaper in the long run if a bit pricey to get the mask to start with.

Light worked for me, but remote didnt, tipical chinese item.
Great for keeping rats out of your loft ;)
Was disappointing that the remote had no battery and when I did get one it didn't work anyway!
But being infrared it wasn't useful in the loft anyway.
stuck it on a timer in my loft, and still going 3 weeks later, which is great for a Chinese item.
