Wow!
30 minutes doing a Jillian Michaels exercise routine is like 3 hours with anyone or anything else! This very effective exercise regime is about 30 minutes for each of the 3 levels, incorporating aerobics, abs, and weight training. No rest in between activities! Highly effective and highly recommended.

Good exercise DVD
I use this when doing step aerobics instead of the VCR that came with it. This DVD is rather easy to follow, since many of the steps were new to me. Kathy Smith does a good job of showing, explaining and teaching. Good workout!

Good product, especially appreciated since it’s hard to find a hand cream with SPF. Good size to fit in a smaller purse.
