This book is for everyone's updated education.
This is a subject I have a great interest in and I firmly believe the Colonel's account of his knowledge and experiences.

magnesium health.
I have heard that every heart attack is a magnesium deficiency. A good reason for everyone to take a supplement and I am 76 yrs old. Also I have a problem with cold feet and if I did not take a supplement i would develop cramps in my feet most days. I don't have to worry about that taking Caruso's powder or tablets.

Hello, if I forget to take magnesium tablets for a week or two I will experience cramps in hands, legs and feet. If that happens I take 3 tabs then back to 1 a day and am very satisfied with the result. As an aside, for your personal benefit, a cardiologist turned natural therapist, as many do, says EVERY HEART ATTACK IS A MAGNESIUM DEFICIENCY. Common sense says this could very well be the reason for the cramping of the heart. Good luck.
