Simples to use!
So much easier than fiddling about with a bottle spanner ( when you can find it!)

Used to cap a redundant flue I a flat roof to save taking out and roof patch.

Easy fix !
This ladder set is very well made and easy to fit/ operate. I would prefer the hatch surface to be level with the framing instead of 10mm proud . A two person install unless you are very strong! Provides easy access as there is no over run of the ladder into the loft space make sure opening is trimmed square. Easy infill to frame and trimmers can be done using spray foam
