  Jenny is such a lovely person to buy from. She posted promptly and sent proof of postage. When my parcel didn't arrive when expected she kept in touch asking if it had arrived. She sent proof of postage, tracked the parcel and sent a photo of it at my door. Sadly the parcel must have been stolen as it was not on my doorstep despite the photo showing it having been left there. Jenny could not have been more helpful, sincere or concerned.
