  So overall, the transaction itself was positive, I'm not going to leave a bad/negative review because the circumstances were out of the seller's control, the problem was just the logistics company/Fedex for being difficult and incompetent, perhaps not so much on the Korean side, but at least when it was handed off here in America for the delivery, which extended the delivery time by several days, lost tracking/shipping updates. The seller was responsive, followed up, promptly shipped items.

  Awesome seller, I bought a new DJI Mini 5 Pro and wint_store was absolutely amazing. Their communication was very good they where proactive and they responded to my messages immediately despite the time zone difference. The drone arrived in perfect condition and I can't recommend this seller enough!

  Awesome seller, I bought a Mavic 4 Pro and FedEx needed some additional info from me to get it through customs into the USA, wint_store was absolutely amazing, they contacted their shipper and helped me through the process, communication was very good they where proactive and they responded to my messages immediately despite the time zone difference.   The seller was amazing with communication. While the shipping experience was really bad, I have shipping a 5-star review because they were amazing and got it shipped out ASAP. Unfortunately, FEDEX had issues that delayed the shipment. Overall, great experience with the seller and would do business with them again.

  Primero que todo agradezco a winstore que en todo momento me brindó la atención más que necesaria y resolvió los detalles en cuanto al envío. La impresora hubiese llegado mucho más rápido del tiempo estimado, si no hubiese sido por las restricciones de la aduana de mi país, aún así, winstore estuvo al pendiente del envío en todo momento, buena calidad, recomiendo ampliamente comprar con ellos.
