    After 4 weeks of waiting for this pin to arrive, I checked the Tracking for this Mona Lisa pin. The eBay account stated it was still "Awaiting Shipment". 2 days after contacting the seller about the situation, the seller did issue a full refund. I am not sure how I can call the experience Positive, if I never got the pin I bought. However, because this seller did respond with a Full Refund, I also do not want to call it a Negative experience. I hope the Neutral does not harm the seller's status.
