Wouldn't use anything else
This is the 3rd Sonicare brush I have owned in 15 years. The 1st lasted 10 years (battery exhausted), the 2nd 5 years (failed). So I do think the quality/robustness has reduced. However I am a complete convert to the technology; wouldn't use anything else.
Don't waste your money on the expensive models which only offer fancy electronics. The brushing effectiveness is just the same.
One minor gripe with this latest model: the on/off button has a very light action and is placed exactly where your thumb is when you hold it. As a result it very easy to inadvertently switch it off while brushing.

Great if it fits.
Works fine - on second attempt. Beware, the Astra H has two different wipers. Many sellers advertise the 9 inch wiper for the Astra H, which fits the coupe only. If you have a 5 door car you need this 12 inch one.

It helps to know how to fit it
2 of 2 found this helpful Seal works well but a bit confusing to fit if you don't have instructions. The base of the flush valve is fitted with what looks like a nut. It isn't. It is a retaining collar that is held in place by dogs on the main shaft. It needs to be twisted by about 45 degrees to disengage the dogs, then pulled off. See attached pics for clarification.
