It’s not fit for purpose
At first it was ok, with the slight problem it didn’t put a slight curve on the cut line like other cutters do, meaning that it was closer to a factory cut end and as such you can’t always get endowed fittings on easily or at all.
Obviously this cutter will come into contact with water and it did, as a result the rollers rusted and then seized so they wouldn’t roll. This was still usable however on accordion it would spiral cut. Then on the last day of its life it just sort of fell apart in the bottom section where the pin holds the cutting wheel, it hasn’t been possible to reassemble, I’ve tried and I know what I’m doing, I know the pin is suppose to come out but when it broke if it’s own accord I suspect something else has gone .
I love the idea of this pipe cutter but it’s just not been finished correctly. I suspect if it had been tested by people on sites rather than in a warehouse or wherever then they will have had similar issues
