    QC is bad, device OK.
    Shipping is speedy. But I received a Russian manual, and the device could not be charged until I open up the back of the device and found an insulating piece and remove it. I charged it overnight and still got 75% fully charged. QC is terrible!!!!! Device is OK, still trying to see if it is accurate!!!!
