  never arrived was supposed to be 1st class 10 days later still not here and speaking to the seller was clear he never sent it

  I am sorry it never arrived. It was posted on the evening of 1st November and would have been collected the next day. I have no idea why it was not delivered. I offered to send you a replacement and you requested it should arrive by Monday. I could not guarantee it would arrive by then so at your request, I gave you a full refund.
