This seems to be a common practice by sellers which do not respect their customers nor ebay rules. This seller should be avoided. They don’t respect you or your rights.

No response 3 days after trying to contact the seller, hence the rating. Could try to send it back but based on lack of communication , doesn’t seem worthwhile at this price level. Would avoid this seller given there are other options or even Boots!
