Good book for any boat owner.
Glad I bought this reference manual, so I can keep my new home working.

Good, not as good as other similar products.
I had another one that worked smoother and easier, and I gave to my Mom.
This one is not as good as that one and doesn't work as well.
It's still better than a corkscrew or wings cork puller.

Not satisfied yet.
Very loud noisy fan makes it unusable.
Poor connections (power, usb) make it ineffective and intermittent.
Chinese new year made it slow to be replaced/refunded (still not done).
Maybe I got a 'lemon' or a second, and I'm still hoping for a positive resolution.
