The Way of the Fight-Georges St. Pierre

Highly Recommend

This book is an insightful look at GSP. It's an easy read full of wisdom that any martial artist can and will appreciate. It provides a look into the life of a fighter of an aspirational figure. It's packed with thought provoking philosophy which surprised me and only goes to strengthen my opinion that GSP is a true martial artist and athlete. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who practices any martial art. The 'way of the fight' provides exactly that the philosophy of fighting the way of martial arts, the way of life and the mind that powers anyone to excel in their 'way' whether that be dancing or business or like me, martial arts. I loved it. This book was nothing like I expected. It surprised me in how deep GSP is and his way of thinking. The book starts off a little strange in that it shocked me to begin with that the book the level of depth of a martial arts guru. It's not the typical UFC mentality or thinking. It goes beyond the sport. Definitely read this book. It's short easy to read and leaves you feeling inspired and motivated to excel in your life. Thank you to GSP for letting us into your way and sharing gems of philosophy. As well as the years of enjoyment when we watched you in and out of the octagon. I will read again.

Great bench at a great price

I was nervous about buying a cheap bench, however this bench is perfect for general fitness home use. I wouldn't suggest buying if you're a big lifter but for me and my boxing orientated training it's perfect for dips leg extension single arm pulls and chest press. Its sturdy and lightweight. I way 88kg and press 15kg dumbbells on this with ease. Highly recommend for the general fitness person.

R&G BOOT GUARD KIT for YAMAHA XSR900, 2016 to 2018

Perfect

I bought this kit as my boots were causing a rub mark on my swing arm. I didn't fit it as shown. I cut my own shape to suit what I needed. I prepped and cleaned the surface before applying and used a hairdryer to heat up the surface and stickers before, during and after applying them. They stuck on great and have survived a 7 hour ride in thick rain and it's still there. Very pleased and recommend. With all stickers always do the heat trick it works.
