Great Printer but comes with a steep learn curve.
What an amazing printer. Heat Shrink with labels makes the work for future so much easier for electrical work. I enjoy the fact that I can set up the printer to connect to our wifi system and print from any computer that I have the software on. Warning: there is a pretty steep learning curve right but that is due to so much power on the software. They really need a video training course on use of both the printer and the software.
I have both a desktop and a laptop with the software and I can print off either one just by turning on the printer (within range of our wifi).

Camera came as expected!
Camera came with battery and charger! It was nice to see it professionally boxed and ready to go. Has been in service for about a month with no issues.
