Topping NX1a headphone amp.
2 of 2 found this helpful Having used a headphone and amp combination costing well into 4 figures at home, was very sceptical what a 20 quid amp could possibly achieve.
The quality of finish is far higher than you could seriously expect, and the sound quality and headphone driving ability much improved. Battery life is amazing and all round a worthwhile improvement to the enjoyment of music from my phone and tablet. If you have headphones that outstrip the ability of your portable devices, this is an amazingly cheap option to improve matters.

To maintain good performance filter must be regularly cleaned. This can be very frequent depending on the amount of material that needs removing, but worth the effort.

Been using this contact cleaner ever since it appeared in the UK many years ago. It is simple to use, but care and thorough application is rewarded.
It improves definition and makes a high resolution system really shine. If you have spent a significant amount of your hard earned on a quality system, it makes sense to get the most from it, and this is an economic and effective way of helping to achieve that.
Many cleaners of this type leave residues that ultimately worsen the problem, but this just leaves spotlessly clean connections with a very worthwhile sonic improvement.
I shall continue using it.
