'Silver' Ruger 10/22 Ejector
This 'Silver' Ejector completes my 50th Anniversary Stainless Steel Ruger 10/22 Takedown trigger group rebuild, chalk it up to my ECD, I thought 'why is the barrel and receiver stainless and the trigger housing is black plastic,' I purchased a polished aluminum competition trigger housing and have replaced every part to 'silver' in color, I searched all over the web and finally found one manufactured or simply sold by EDM Defense, the ejector went right into the housing and fit perfectly, I went out shooting and it worked as intended, the stainless steel ejector finishes my all silver trigger group, I totally recommend EDM Defense to everyone, see the picture.

MSR Guardian Filter By Far Best Hiking Filter I've Ever Used
1 of 1 found this helpful As a hiker and backpacker for many decades I've always filtered my water throughout the countless miles I loved my MSR Waterworks filter with its red top & bottom and it's smoky center section, I went through three replacement filters which will help explain the amount of water I filtered with it throughout the many years, I do remember it was relatively slow, so I replaced it with MSR Hyperflow if for no other reason than it's name "Hyperflow" I used it for many years, went through many replacement filters, it is much faster than my Waterworks, Then MSR came out with their newest and greatest MSR Guardian water filter, I was a bit reluctant to purchase one because it is of the exact same design configuration as the Waterworks so I did a lot of reading and watched MSR's YouTube video of several of their engineers going on a trip overseas and filtered all the water that they all consumed throughout their trip which I'm sure was 'A Lot Of Water,' I've been there done that, so I found much lower costs on eBay and was lucky enough to purchase my new Guardian filter for far less, From the first Nalgene bottle I filled averaging only 'fifteen pumps of its handle which is of course much faster than my Waterworks and Hyperflow, with no more backwashing or changing the red and black one way valves because the Guardian cleans itself with each pump, my Guardian 'did not leak one drop!' While I haven't had a totally dirty water source yet I feel the MSR Engineers in the video proves the Guardian is by far the world's best designed and manufactured filter on the market today, of course I will keep both of my MSR filters if for no other reason than their sentimental value and my countless experiences with each one, neither of them can hold a candle compared to the Guardian self-cleaning water filter.

Fenix NW20 Survival Whistle Super Loud
Fenix NW20 is Loud As Ever! I was expecting to receiving the same size survival whistle I already have the Fenix NW30 which is around three times bigger but they are no longer available (makes no sense), without any doubt this tiny 1 3/4" X 9/16" whistle is loud as ever, it comes with it's attached lanyard by a tiny split ring that can be removed although I haven't done so. I totally recommend the Fenix NW20 to anyone looking to purchase a super loud survival whistle, you can't go wrong with Fenix products.
