Misleading advertising
4 of 4 found this helpful This machine turned up without the laser head. This means I purchased a laser cutting machine that could not laser cut. Small print tells you that the laser head is an optional extra. I tried to but it separately but my emails were ignored. I did receive emails offering a discount if I wanted to keep the machine. No laser head. No machine. Refunded.
