Next to impossible to open up the tools.
1 of 1 found this helpful It is almost impossible to open up any of the tools other than the main blade. You literally need a coin or a screwdriver to open up the other three tools. Although it’s a very nice looking knife and well-made. Never had a knife so difficult to open in my entire life. I don’t know if I got a bad one or if they are all this way.

Less is MORE
I have owned a carpet cleaning business for over 33 years and have used several different wands. However this one truly surprised me. It is extremely well made and only 10 inches wide. I bought it for a small portable I recently purchased but have been using it off my truck mount. It is extremely fast, thorough and I believe recovers even more water that my 12-inch wands. I highly recommend this wand. And an unbelievably low price only adds to its desirability.
