Shipping was priority, which was a pleasant surprise as it arrived the day after I purchased it! Packaging was amazing as well. As described, it has upgraded memory. It is stated there is a new battery, which was the main reason I purchased this particular style iPod, so I have yet to try the longevity of the battery, but so far so good! Directions for everything were included as well, which was extremely helpful! Wonderful experience. 10/10 recommend. Worth the price!

Item was as described and booted up perfectly. Packaging was excellent and shipping was also super quick. My one quibble was that the papers and accessories smelled like my auntie’s ashtray, but the device did not smell like this, so it was OK. Really looking forward to reliving my younger days with this iPod in hand.

Once again a buyer who apparently chose to keep the ipod but also chose the cloak his " positive' feedback with a complaint. Because it was posted as "positive " I have no chance to resolve the issue nor have the feedback removed. I've rebuilt and sold over 500 ipods over 15 years with 100% feedback. A buyer does not have overall count of over 2000 and 100% feedback for no reason. I consider quitting ebay after this thoughtless situation.
