Better than 30 day shred

I don't normally write reviews, but I have to sing the praises of this work out dvd. I have used Jillian Michaels 30 day shred before, and whilst it was okay. I didn't really feel it, and more often than not I found myself sore from not being properly warmed up. This dvd is very fast paced, so you do need to be in relatively good shape. The first time I tried it (having watched it through first) I could barely keep up, but it doesn't take long to get the hang of it. I have been using this dvd for a month now; 3 times a week and I have started to drop the lbs already. As I'd platau'd with my weight loss for a few months, I am really pleased. Highly recommended.

It really does work

Unlike some whitening toothpastes that make outlandish promises, this product does actually work. It's not instantaneous, and if your expecting professional level results you will be disappointed. However, if your looking to brighten your natural colour by a few shades, and remove stains, this product really works.
