Good nostalgic remake, but slowed attack animations may wear you out.
If you loved the original, then you'll also find similar sentiments with the PSP port/remake. The cell-shaded animations are an awesome touch, the re-translated dialog and names are more consistent with the fantasy time period, and the gameplay mechanics that matter most have been preserved. The major drawback is that there is a noticeable lag during attack/spell animations, where the sound plays and the animation is still going. This is true from the skeletons who throw their souls to the more advanced sword arts, and because combat is a significant part of the game, that's what really hurt the possible score. Were everything up to speed, this game would have gotten 5 stars.

Great option when you want co-witness with irons and red dot on an HK G3/91 clone.
1 of 1 found this helpful Bought this to mount a Bushnell TRS-25 on my Century Arms C308 (lower grade clone than a PTR91) while still being able to use the irons which have adjustments for the various ranges the rifle is accurate to. This was a better solution than buying the red dot with the solid high rise. While possible that I could have gotten away with a shorter mount, this one worked great with the tall iron sights on this type of rifle. The mount is light weight, mounts nice and firmly, and fits perfectly under the TRS-25.

You get what you pay for.
This programming cable, while it appears to be more expensive than is required, costs what it does because it uses the proper components instead of cloned/copied/counterfeit/etc ones that require extra work to ensure you're using the correct older drivers. As such, this cable was plug-and-play and I didn't have to mess around with trying to get it to work, it just worked right out of the package and I was able to program by handful of BF-T1 radios without any difficulty. I highly recommend that, if you're going to buy the BF-T1 radios, you buy this cable and not a cheap knockoff that may or may not work for you based on how well you can scour the internets.
