Miele SGPE0 Complete C3 Canister Vacuum Cleaner

Never Thought that I Would be obsessed with a vacuum!!

I had an old Panasonic canister vacuum before I bought this one. My mom owns a Marin, my good friend, a Titan and my brother, an Onyx so I know a lot of Miele fans. The Mieles are a joy to use because of how quiet and efficient the motor is. Also the intelligent design of the whole vacuum is impressive. I was drawn to this one because it is the C3, which has larger vacuum bags, the attachments are stored inside the vacuum and a longer power cord and the Limited Edition because it is cheaper than any of the other C3's. It is less expensive because there is no electric hose, wand or power heads. After reading a lot of reviews on line though, I decided that this would be the best vacuum for us as we don't have a lot of carpets (mostly hardwoods). Although I am very pleasantly surprised at how well the Turbo Comfort vacuum head works on my deep pile carpet. This vacuum successfully removed dirt that I didn't even know was there and does wonders removing long cat hair on anything. I did end up upgrading my filter to a HEPA since it didn't come with it, but I can honestly say that I don't miss the electrical attachments at all; in fact the lighter head makes it easier to vacuum the stairs.
