This is the second time in two years that I have used the powders. It was three weeks before I noticed a difference, but as before, once the improvement began it occurred very quickly. Since the powders are food for good bacteria it makes sense that improvement will only occur when the numbers have built up. The rate of improvement then should constantly increase and this is what I have observed.
I have no hesitation in recommending the powders to anyone whose gut bacteria are not functioning properly.
