    Initially, I was unhappy. Item arrived having been crushed by the courier and about 20% of the product damaged. Contacted seller who immediately apologised and offered me either a full refund if I return the item or a partial refund to cover the unusable capsules with some compensation. I chose the latter and the money was paid immediately. All sellers should be as caring and concerned as this. I would happily buy from him again and can thoroughly recommend him.
