Great game. I have been playing it since 2006, and finally got a new copy of it for myself through this purchase. The fact that I can't read any of the Japanese text just adds to the mystic of the game as it is a rhythm game. You may have played the sequel, Rhythm Heaven or Rhythm Paradise (as it is known in Europe), which is not as good as the stylus controls aren't as responsive as a decisive button press. It is available on DS, and I have bought used copy for a bargain 4GBP from Game.
I can go on how great this game is, as there is plenty of things to unlock like the fantastic drumming game amongst others.
