1 of 1 found this helpful I was always a bit rubbish at finely chopping onions. Thankfully with this machine I no longer have to. That however is just the start. I was fairly surprised when this arrived and I unboxed a seemingly endless pile of random attachments that at first sight I couldn't work out what I would use for. 20 mins later and with a bit of playing around I soon worked out what everything did and how it all went together. The instructions are a bit on the rubbish side but it does come with a handy little strip of pictures which shows you what attachment to use for what. I stuck this in the pull out drawer for future reference and reckon I'll get by with that. In operation it seems powerful and to date, as well as dealing with the onion dilemma, it's helped me make some pretty wicked houmous, butter bean dip and healthy date bars. Some of the bits I'll probably never use but if you're into making your own French fries, Mayo, small quantities of dough or indeed slicing pretty much anything into little pieces then you can't go wrong. It's fairly compact and lives permanently on my worktop although you will need somewhere to store the various blending, lemon squeezing, juice extracting and whatever else bits. In conclusion this seems a well designed, fairly priced, and comprehensive bit of kit that I'd happily recommend.
