Easy reading, very practical and enlightening.

After reading Tim Spector's brilliant 'The Diet Myth' I bought this as a practical follow-up. It an excellent book, very readable, practical and enlightening, and I recommend it highly. I like the large print and layout of the book. It's not one of those worthy books you buy and never read, it's a book I will keep coming back to for ideas.

Not my cup of tea

It's plastered in brilliant reviews but I couldn't get on with it at all, I found the writing style irritating and cold, and the characters the same. Purely a personal opinion.
