well made draws
i ordered hopeing it would match one i have , its the best match i could have found, its made nicely, i had no problems at all the delivery man was kind and offered to help us feble old folk take it in the hall way, and would have took it further if we wanted, on opening i could see it would match my other one, it is nicely made and finnished, thankyou

not wrapped well enough to post
the book arived in a bag. it should have been as discribed as very good. it was damaged in the post, the bag ripped, corners bent. spine scuffed. and front cover dented and gouge marks through being thrown about in post. not as i expected. all it needed was a piece of bubble wrap or bubble bag, very disapointed in the service . may be cheep but another 50p to wrap well is all it would take, i kneed to buy another now to give as gift as this is not good enough to give.

1 of 1 found this helpful i have trimed my own dogs for years and thought i would try these sissers, i find they are realy good for thine areas like the fringe and around the ears, but not so good on thick hair , like when i cut the body, but overall i am very pleased came quick and the case is lovely, keeps them from stabbing me when i go in my doggy bag,
