Excellent TV and fantastic service
5 of 5 found this helpful Did lots of research before deciding on this tv and settled for another LG as our last set had proved to be a great buy and was still going strong; We were only replacing it because it was very old and outdated.
We are very pleased with the LG49UF770V. It was very easy to set up, the hardest part was attaching the stand. The tv did most of the set up automatically with just a few prompts on screen.
It's great being able to access the Internet; it's very quick and both the picture quality and sound are very good. Absolutely love the voice activation on the handset.
Delivery was first class. We were able to chose our delivery date and received a one hour time slot with a phone call to confirm the couriers were on their way. They were very professional and made sure we were happy with the product before leaving.
I would recommend both the tv and the suppliers Richer Sounds.
