It actually works - been using for 5 yea...
It actually works - been using for 5 years and it helps subdue cramp if taken regularly and helps disperse a cramp attack if one gets through.
Am not discounting possibility of a placebo effect but why would I care if it stops the awful inner thigh, calf and foot cramps I have suffered from for over 10 years!

Night cramps and how to avoid them
Very effective - I take with a magnesium tablet nightly and it is very effective in reducing the incidents of night cramps I suffer from by over 90% reduction !
