  Totally inadequate packaging for a fragile item I paid nearly £200 for. Arrived damaged, and the seller completely ignored multiple messages and photos of the problem. Terrible experience, atrocious seller - simply avoid.

  Came back off holiday to find my first ever negative feedback in 21 yrs! I missed both messages! Seems strange the pictures show only a fraction of the packaging... Not even the box it was sent in!! Wonder why you'd do that?
