Just the right size and gives availability for 2 plugs to be used at once as an extension
Arrived in good time - well packaged. I chose the shortest extension lead length as I needed it indoors for connecting to my laptop/devices for meetings. I love the size of it and the colour I chose. The only comment I would make is that it needs a bit of force to push the plugs into the extension lead; hopefully this will get better over time and with use. Otherwise, would recommend.

Easy to read and follow - any jargon is explained.
Windows 7 for Dummies is easy to use as a reference book and addresses the issues I was hoping for. It is easy to use and speaks the language I need to sort out any problems. It also gives other useful information - just in case I run into any other problems on the way. It is helpful. Would recommend

Probably good - Christmas gift for a relative
Judging by the artist, I'm sure it is all good. Unfortunately, I haven't listened to/or watched it as it is a Christmas gift for my mother.
