  I love it! Great communication! When I received the DS Lite I noticed it was missing the stylus that was shown in the pictures. I messaged the seller and got a reply immediately. It had fallen out as it was being packaged up. They found the lost stylus and shipped it to me quickly. They were very apologetic. I would definitely buy from this seller again. Thanks again!

  Although the item arrived quickly, it was damaged by the shipper. The seller provide me a partial refund to make matters right and responded to my messages quickly. I told him that in receivers that weigh 30 lbs or more one should be double boxed and double the packaging materials he used. That way you avoid the poor handling the all these shippers exhibit.
