  Pretty Hermes scarf described as ‘new and unworn’. Scarf was stained and found it difficult to verify authenticity as the orange print on the scarf had the colour outside the black lines of the design. This type of error generally wouldn’t pass Hermes rigorous quality controls. Scarf pattern dates to 1980s. Contacted seller about it was ignored so requested refund. Again ignored.
