    Regards, I regret this horrible situation, We have made a total refund of your purchase and today I received the packaging with the label of the shipped item, the item got lost on the way and we were only returned the packaging with the label, which affects us is the negative vote we received as a small shop when it was not our fault the situation that occurred, as we explained at the beginning when an item is dispatched we have no control or power over it and what occurred was the fault of USPS
