Jury's Still Out On This One
Upon receipt of this item, I discovered that its highest setting is the only one that may be effective. However, when highest setting is engaged, the pulse action takes on a "jerking" motion that is both annoying & highly uncomfortable, which leaves room for doubt as to whether I made a wise choice regarding this purchase. I'll most likely return it in the near future.
