Easy to take and works great!
2 of 2 found this helpful This is an effective creatine that is also very easy to take. All you do is take three tablets per day. I take mine with orange juice.
I noticed an increase in strength and size within a week and better vascularity and pumps. I already have 16" arms and now when I flex my skin feels tight.

Actually better than I expected!
1 of 1 found this helpful I'm really suprised at how well this worked. I literally put on muscle and lost fat at the same time with just two servings per day. I've been struggling at a plateau for a while and was a little skeptical when I was told to get protein shakes and BCAAs. I searched online and found this was basically both at the same time. Apparently it changes how your DNA works or something because of the extra leucine.

Good glutamine at good price!!
Glutamine is pretty sweet stuff. I've used it for years in some form or another because I lift and I also work as a drywall guy. It keeps me from feeling all stiff. The tablets aren't hard to swallow and the quality is really good. Very recommended!!
